I am an assistant professor and education researcher in Denver, Colorado. I seek to foster transformative experiences for my students, those moments when they see the world with “new eyes” through the lens of the content or skills they are learning. My research looks at learning from the neuron level up and the classroom level in.

One of the many hats I wear is that of  Thinq.studio faculty fellow – I strive to think critically about my practices around teaching with digital tools.

You can also find me online at Linkedin and Twitter.

If you’d like to learn more about where I teach, check out Inworks, a part of CU Denver.
